Wren - Grow a little love

Good morning all.

Whoa - another wild night and yes, I mean the weather again hehe. I am surprised that England didn't end up somewhere in Russia with the strong winds we had. The river running thro this village looks fit to burst which will not be good for the people living right next to it. Luckily they have promised it will get better during the day so we can hope.
I took Phoebe down to the local pub carpark this morning. As the school is up the hill on a narrow road it's impossible for buses to pick up the kids. They are all going to the Theater in Derby to watch BFG - Big Friendly Giant by Roald Dahl. She's so looking forward to it.

Right, on with todat's card ...............

............ using this sweet little girl. Isn't she adorable?! Just the perfect imahe for a mother's day card or similar. The beautiful ribbon was a surprise RAK from a very talented lady whom I admire a lot.

Oh, I just *squeel* love how you coloured her hair, so cool. I may give that a try.

Beautiful layout the touch of turquoise DP is a perfect match for her dress. Perfect for Mother's Day! Hope the weather lets up, I don't want England to end up in Russia either.

Thanks for joining the Tiddly Inks - Celebration Challenge and good luck!

oh, I feel you... I don't live in England, but in Colorado, US and the wind is CRAZY bad here, too. Sometimes hard to sleep with all that howling! This is a darling card, I love the image. With the light hair and blue dress, she reminds me of Alice in Wonderland. Thanks so much for playing at the colourQ this week!! :)

We've been having some windy days too, thought nothing like what you've had! It's been a weird winter here, weather wise!
Take care and have a great weekend!
