Ismaki 37

A super sketch this week again from the ladies at Ismaki. I originally intended for this card to go to my ex-husband's aunt, who is terminally ill with cancer but then I remembered that she just adores owls. So now I am on the hunt for a super owl stamp so I can cheer her up a little. She married late in life (a man 20 years her junior) and so never had any kids. I always think of her as the owl-lady cos she would carry a toy owl everywhere :). Saw her just recently when she took my boys on a hot-air ballon trip. She has decided to do all the things in life she would NEVER dream of doing lol. She has even bought a fast racing car.
Anyways, this sweet Tilda will have to go somewhere else :).

As always a super sketch from the Ismaki girls together with brilliant inspirations. I love Sugar Nellie Stamps (who doesn't) as they have something to suit everyone's taste. I made the flower embellishment myself from pearlescent card with some glitter glue (how to craft on a budget lol) and a crochet flower. "God Jul" means happy xmas in danish.

Tilda and Friends "Tag your're it"

Front of tag
Inside tag

I don't do a lot of ATCs but this weeks challenge was to make a tag so I thought I'd have a go. And Tilda is my favorite stamp so made it double fun. I made the tag so it opened with a tie closing. I think it turned out rather nice :)

I don't have any stamps from Lili of the Valley (hm, that's gonna have to change) but I remembered I had these sweet die-cut fairies I bought a while back. Sukkersott No 10

Don't you just love Edwin!!! The challenge at Sukkersott is Brown and Green colours. And the fall is full of those colours.
On a different note I had to get my neighbour to put my spare wheel on my car. A nail at caused it to get flat. I am usually pretty good at being independant (you have to be as a single mum) but I can't change tyres.

Friday Sketchers No 22

As always there is a great sketch at Friday Sketchers and the DT ladies do wonderful work.
For my card I have used this cute stamp by Panduro. These are only available in Scandinavia as Panduro is an old danish family company. My mum bought them for me as a "well-done for stopping smoking for 1 year" present . After some encouragement from me lol. When I next go home I am definately visiting their huge shop as they have some super stamps.

Wrap it is the theme at Tilda and Friends. So I stringed some beads on pink wool and wrapped it around my ATC. All the paper used are scraps incl. the silver square. I went for a pink colour scheme as Magnolia is currently selling their pink collection for breast cancer donations.
