My Prince
Good morning all.
Today I have another little post for my GDT at Digi Bells DT blog.
Even though I am on holiday I am already thinking about the time when Phoebe goes back to school and the parties she will be invited to. And there are many at this young age. So I wanted to make something a little different and came up with a little decorated envelop containing a message. This would be perfect on a little present.
I have used one of Phoebe's favorite images from Elisabeth Bell's digital web shop HERE. There are so many cute images to choose from it's hard to make up our minds :). My prince is such a sweet image perfect for little girls.
Don't forget to visit the Digi Bells blog daily for mouth-watering creations :).
This is the envelop with the little tag that goes inside ........
..... and the envelop on it's own .......
Materials used: My prince - various pattern papers - envelop template - doily - washi tape - Teresa Collins die-cut
Thank you for dropping by and have a lovely day. Hugs, Mette

A well-deserved break
Evening all.
Just a little note to say that it will be very quiet around here for a few weeks - actually until the 31st August. Going on holiday with my kids so can't do any crafting. There will be a few scheduled posts but unfortunately I cannot visit you all :(.
I am taking images and my Promarkers with me :) - don't think I can go 18 days without.
Behave while I am gone and see you all soon

Winter Susan
Good morning crafters.
My post today is as GDT over at The Digi Bells DT blog. Wow - what an honour to be working amongst such talented ladies and I am so excited to be using more Elisabeth Bell images. I am pretty sure that one of my first ever stamps back in 2008 was Elisabeth Bell :). If you visit the Digi Bells blog there is a list of companies from where the gorgeous images are available (in the sidebar).
It's August and this is the time when I start thinking about my Christmas craft - cards, tags, packaging etc. I always end up making a rushed dash towards the end of November not getting everything done:(.
So, here is my first GDT project for The Digi Bells ...........
Materials used: Winter Susan from Susana's Custom Art and Craft Design - an old box I found in my stash (has been there for a few years lol) - Memory Box "Tinsel" papers - ribbon - Rub-on sentiment

DILLY BEAN FRIDAY CHALLENGE
Good afternoon crafters.
Hopefully this will be posted. I am currently in Derby with the kids shopping. James needs a whole new wardrobe and I need a few things before going on holiday. I am not a lover of shopping unless it's craft stuff but it's gotta be done.
Anyways, IT'S FRIDAY although that doesn't quite mean the same now the kids are home all day. But it does mean a brand new challenge at Dilly Bean Friday Challenge. This week's theme is "Sewn" and you can use any kind of sewing - real or faux. head on over to the blog and check out the talented DT ladies inspirations and play along with us for a chance to win one of Megan's amazing images. You don't have to use a Dilly Bean image to play along but we would love to see what you would create. Megan's images are available HERE.
For my little card I have used faux stitching (my sewing machine is on strike and can't find a local repair man :( )........
Materials used: Hooter framed - Papermania card-stock - scraps of paper - Papersmooches sentiment

LITTLE MISS MUFFET RELEASE DAY
Good morning crafters.
Don't get a lot of crafting time with all my kids here. And especially at the moment as we all love watching the Olympics. It's been fabulous so far and the boys and I try and watch as many different sports as possible.
But working with some new images from Little Miss Muffet is definately better and today we are having a fabulous new release. There are 3 gorgeous new images from Paula Lee and 4 new amazing Hatters Thelma Jane, Daisy Kate, Gertrude Lena and Cora Agnes. Absolutely gorgeous images to work with and you really need to head on over to the blog and check them all out. While there you will have to check out the talented DT ladies creations too - lots of awesomeness and a new DT member .... JANE. The new images are available from HERE.
Barbara will be out of town this weekend (amazing how that always happens on a release week!!) until Saturday and thought she might have another sale :)
"Buy 3 digis get 1 digi free!"
and for those rubbah fans...
"Buy 3 rubber stamps and chose one of these rubber stamps free!"
Cocoa, Sage, Iris May hatter, Nora Claire Hatter,
Monster Nom-Nom, School Turtle, Spring Whisper or
La Jeune Fille à l'Eventail (aka "The Girl with a Fan")
Once you placed your order just email Barbara with your freebie selection!
So here is my card for a little inspiration
Materials used: Fallen Angel by P. Lee from LMM - Papermania card-stock - SU! paper - buttons - stickles - Paper Smooches sentiment
FUNDRAISER!!!!
Barbara's daughter was reading Monarch Magic! by Lynn Rosenblatt and in the back had some fundraiser ideas. Instead of sitting out in 109 degree weather selling cupcakes and lemonade, she suggested they drew images. Lucky for Barbara, her daughter thought that was a great idea! She has drawn and colored the five stages of the Monarch Butterfly then Barbara added a festive butterfly to join in on the fun - it all comes in a package deal! During the month of August, for each one sold, they will donate $2.00 to the Monarch Butterfly Fund! Will you help in her endeavors? Barbara's daughter has even made a card to send them once the fundraiser is complete. :D
Details of this can be found on the Little Miss Muffet challenge blog

During the month of August, for each one sold, they will donate $2.00 to the Monarch Butterfly Fund! Will you help in her endeavors? Barbara's daughter has even made a card to send them once the fundraiser is complete. :D
Details of this can be found on the Little Miss Muffet challenge blog
Thank you for visiting me today and have a fabulous day. Hugs, Mette
