Ktaftin' Kimmie 12 - Heavy Metal

Hope everyone had a lovely week-end. The snow is finally starting to melt here but we are having slippery roads due to sleat and snow. Had to take no 2 son to school this morning as he decided to wait for the second bus which then didn't show up. Since I live on a hill the driving was bad.

Last year I was far too late with my christmas card and I didn't manage to make even half of the ones I need (I ended up having to buy some - shame on me). So this year I am starting early and will continue to make some all year round. Starting with this card which I made for the Kraftin' Kimmie challenge "Heavy Metal". Metallica springs to mind so I put on as much metal as I could find lol.


Ingredients:
Stamp: Piper by Kraftin' Kimmie
Sentiment: Elzybells stamped on vellum and embossed
Paper: Doodlebug and metallics from stash
Eyelets and brads: Papermania
Charm: Quixotic
Ribbon and metallic snowflakes: stash
Colouring: Prisma pencils blended with Sansodor

    Oh Mette, good on you for starting early...I know Christmas card time always creeps up on us, doesn't it!? Well you have gotten off to a wonderful start with this gorgeous card featuring Piper! Such pretty papers and I love your “Heavy Metal” accents!
